1) WHERE DO YOU WALK MY DOG?
Most private walks are done around your neighborhood. Sometimes we may also travel to a nearby park to play and give your dog extra room to stretch his/her legs and sniff and explore.
2) WILL YOU WALK MY DOG WITH OTHER DOGS?
In general, our walks are private walks. If we walk another dog in the area who we think would be good friends with yours, we might ask if you would like your dog to meet another dog. We NEVER introduce dogs without the full consent from each owner.
3) DOES MY DOG HAVE TO SOCIALIZE WITH OTHER DOGS ON PACK WALKS?
No, we never force socialization. But we find that most dogs end up pairing up with a buddy they love spending time with.
3) WHAT IF MY PETS NEED SOMETHING OTHER THAN WALKING?
No problem! Just let us know what you would like us to do during the visit. We customize every visit to your pet's needs. We charge by time, not by what we do. We are happy to feed your pets a meal, fill waters, give medications, clean litter boxes or whatever else may be needed.
4) WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We get it, plans change! If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we ask for 24 hours notice. Should you need to cancel in less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. But we always try to be as flexible as possible, so please feel free to contact us with any questions.
5) DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES ON HOLIDAYS?
Yes! We believe pets need care 365 days per year. There will be an additional $15 fee for services scheduled on a holiday (6 major holidays). Holidays are very busy times and our calendar fills up quickly, so please contact us to book your service ASAP!
